These are the best sunglasses I’ve ever owned! You honored your lifetime warranty with NO hassle!! The nose piece fell off, I was able to replace them with another pair. “I love my sunglasses. They were a warranty replacement and I appreciate that Smith honors its word. I wish the original Matte Forest finish was still available but I settled for Camo Tort. By the time I got to check out, that was not an option either. The Matte Black is nice though. Thank you.”

“The glasses are too big. No problem. The return process is ancient it’s been almost 2 weeks and I still have not been able to talk to anyone over the phone or gotten a response via email. I’ve spent three hours so far trying to return these sunglasses and haven’t been able to bc Smith is apparently unable to handle a simple return. It’s insane.”
