“I have owned SMITH glasses in the past and wanted to try some more, but I couldn't find any retail stores to try some on. I settled on ordering two pairs to see which ones I liked. I realized that I would have to pay shipping on the return items. I ended up returning both since neither fit me well.
I ordered them over the Memorial Day Sale (30% off) and was hoping to get the same deal once I realized that I was not keeping either purchased pair. That's where the frustration continued! I was not able to get a code to get the same deal. I tried to order during the sale, and every other retailer that I have ever been to has honored the same price when seeking solely an exchange. SMITH does not offer exchanges, nor would you offer an exception to your policy. Frustrating!”
