“I hardly ever write reviews but I felt the need to address the lack of customer service. Similar to other one star reviews, this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I actually loved my Wildcats, they fit great and I never went on a ski or run without them. Unfortunelty the side arm (temple) of the glasses where it attaches to the hinge, snapped while in the top of my backpack. I contacted smith customer service and they wouldn’t replace them, which I guess isn’t super surprising, but they wouldn’t even replace the broken arm of the sunglasses, I even asked to purchase a replacement piece, and they told me they would not let me purchase one and said that those parts are unavailable, even tho they literally have the same sunglasses listed available on their website. All they would do is offer me a 20% coupon voucher for new sunglasses. When I’m purchasing $200+ sunglasses I thought I was paying for quality and great customer service but clearly that is not the case. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere”
“I have had the wildcat lenses for a month or so. I work as a ski patroller and ordered these because I sweat a lot during work. They are not durable glasses to say the least. When I pulled them out of my pocket and put them on they fell off because it snapped. I don’t know if it was because I wear them all of the time or if it was because it was freezing temperatures. Regardless the product was defective. This company does not honor their product or the professional first responders in the outdoor industry. And just for the record I am very OCD and cautious about all of my goggles, sunglasses and lenses. These do not hold up.”
“I have been nonstop wearing these mountain biking and running for months. They stay on unbelievably well and are insanely high quality. The lens is large (which I personally really like) and they don't fog up. Can't recommend enough”

“I had to get a pair after trying my friend's bobcats. They are the first pair of sunglasses that I have had that do not fog up when doing intense activity. They fit great and snug without causing any discomfort. The lens change was scary at first but now works very well. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the clear lens that came with the pair had a defect on the upper notch that prevents the lens from fully clipping into the frame, they are still usable but there is a little draft that gets in. Customer service has been a little difficult to deal with in getting a replacement lens but I'm sure the defect does not come with most lenses. Overall these sunglasses are a must have for intensive outdoor activity where glasses fogging are an issue. I work as a ski patrol and they are great.”
