“I had a pair of Smith Founders that were the best sunglasses. Sadly, about a year after I bought them one of the nose pieces popped off. I sent them in to find out if the break would be covered under Smith's lifetime warranty, and it was! They gave me $169 towards a new pair of sunglasses. It took me a while to decide which ones I wanted to get in replace my beloved pair of Founders. When I finally decided and called Smith to order the new pair, not only did I get to cash in my warranty claim, but they offered to cover the extra $10 and ship them to me for free!
