I've been working as a mountain guide for the past 15 years and over that time frame I've gone through LOTS of pairs of sunglasses- these are the best Ive had yet. The Chromapop lens with the photocromic feature is the Ultimate for skiing in variable light conditions like in spring where one minute its white out and the next its blue bird. They stay on my face great, being able to remove the side shields is awesome and the fact they are vented makes a big difference in preventing fogging when making an arduous ascent. Buy em'

Worked great up on the snow fields. Nice and light and the included neck strap was comfortable.

Quality, style and functionality are perfect. The fit is a tiny bit off for me and they tend to slide down a bit, but this tends to be an issue for me always. Love the side shields for outdoor activities!

Love these. Reminiscent of the glacier glasses of my college years. Can’t wait to get them out in the snowfields next winter. Unlike any other glasses on the market. I’m sure other sunglasses manufacturers will be making versions like there soon. Smith leading the way!

I had a pair of Smith Drake's for several years. Wore them pretty hard. Working in construction. On the hill on snow and dirt. They were great. I ended up busting the temple on those. Reached out to Smith to see if the could help. They told me they'd be covered under Smith's Lifetime Warranty and to go file a claim on their website. I did that, and it couldn't have been easier. Couple pics and a day or two later they issued me a credit. I got these, and love 'em! Fit my face and feel nice and comfortable and lite. I spend a decent amount of time on the snow and love the side protectors. And it's great to pop those out when I'm just out on the streets. Love these and would recommend them to anyone!

Great lightweight glacier glasses. The side covers are awesome for spring skiing, and they pop out easily so the glasses can be worn every day. They're my new go-to sport glasses. One critique is that I would prefer a cord style strap instead of the heavier elastic band, so it could be used for fishing and more casual outtings.

They are great for spring touring since they block out all the light from the sides when on bright and reflective snow. I can also ride in them since they also block out the wind quite well, almost as good as my squad xl’s. They tend to slide forward off of the bridge of my nose, but with the included strap I can tighten them to my head and they don’t slip at all. They are almost like goggles but with the comfort of sunglasses

does not get as dark as one would think, in the mountains this weekend still squinting in the sun, they are comfortable and lite, wish i got the crystal lenses instead, not bad for driving glasses , so i am useing them for that until i find something better. so to wrap it up ok for a casual evey day sunglass on really bright days not so .
