“I own many pairs of Smith sunglasses, and I keep going back to Smith because of their no-BS warranty. The Embark is my #1 pair, and I haven’t even used them on the mountain yet. I’ve also used them mountain biking, and they’re great because the photo-chromatic lens lets more light in as I head into the woods. They’ll be perfect for ski touring because of the removable strap and side panels.”

“I've got very light blue eyes and I personally feel that the transitions are not dark enough to wear on snow. However, a friend of mine (with notably much darker eyes than I) says he feels they are too dark to wear anywhere EXCEPT on the snow.”

“Stylish, great fitting and the aditional zebra sunglass strap was a nice adition. I was hesitant about the side coverings but when looking straight on you can not notice them and they offer a great deal of sun protection.”
