“I've had several pairs of Lowdown XL frames. Wanted to get a pair that fit comfortably under a pulled-down baseball cap so looked at the regular sized Lowdown frame and took a chance on the new metal frame. They feel sturdy, are super lightweight, look great and have the usual amazing Smith lenses. Easy recommend.”

“These glasses are unlike anything I've ever purchased before. They look smart and classic, so they can be worn out or during physical activity as they fit like a glove and they don't move on my face. I suppose my only complaint would be that I expected the lenses to be a bit darker. You can see my eyes through the lenses even indoors and out of direct sunlight. I prefer them to be darker in general. The other thing is that they do feel very, very thin. I wouldn't call them flimsy, but I can't help myself being very gentle and with them. However, this is what contributes to them feeling so lightweight, they don't feel like something weighing my face or ears down at all, almost as if they're not there.”
