“I have several pairs of smith fishing sunglasses and decided to give the new polarchromic with chromapop guide’s choice a try. The new glasses (brown green lens) produce a strong reddish hue off of glare on darker surfaces when viewing opposite the angle of the sun. I find it quite distracting and prefer the regular chromapop glasses or the original techlite polarchromic lenses. The variance in ability of these newer lenses to adapt to the changing light conditions seems rather limited too. Stick with the old.”
“Great lenses. I didn’t expect them to be this yellow, as I felt the blue reflection lens would make a combination of a blue green effect. Fit is way too small these glasses have a very narrow bridge for those who have very narrow nose.”
