“We bought a pair in 2017 during a visit to Vancouver Island, BC. One lens was Delaminating and Swift gave us replacement sun glasses for free. Great Warranty program. We had to put a scratch through both lenses but the frame is still in great shape. Where can we get the lenses replaced, at our cost? Thank you. Bill C.”
“I've purchased 20+ pair of Smith sunglasses over the years. My favorite lens was photochromic amber. When they were discontinued I switched to glass chromapop polarized brown. The quality in this last pair is noticably poorer. Out of the box they creak and pop like the lenses are loose in the frame. I checked some older pairs to see if I was over critical. The older pairs did not feel cheap. Every time I put this latest pair on they make noise, reinforcing the poor experience. This will likely be my last pair.”
