“The yellow lowlight lens is fantastic. For non sunny days, it is much better than my 10% VLT guides with bronze mirror lens (which are also great!). It takes the edge off of everything, particularly white overcast skies. Great early mornings and before sunset. Driving at night is fine in the city. In non-lit areas, they add a sliver too much darkness at night, but again, are actually better than my 10% VLT guides in many conditions. One thing of note, they are nowhere as yellow as the lens color would have you believe from the website pics. Much more of a very subtle amber almost. My cheap Home Depot yellow safety glasses tint everything yellowish, but you don’t notice a yellow tint with these, much more just eases the eye without changing color more than a bit toward amber. And I’m a huge fan of the glass lens as far as scratch resistance.”

“I spend tons of time on the water, fishing/crabbing/boating... and I have yet to find a better polarized sunglass than the guide choice! I am into my 3rd pair over the past 10 years... highly recommend these glasses for anyone who spents time on the water.”

“Great on a sunny day, tight fit and reduces a ton of glare on the water. This is the fourth pair of Smith glass lenses I have owned and you can’t beat it. Would highly recommend. Customer service is top notch as well.”
