“Smith Optics has always proved to be an effective eyewear for marsh fly fishing and with cheaters built in I can easily transition from scouting fish to knot tying.”

“Recently switched from another brand due to continued lens breaking and wasn't sure I would like the full frame of the Smith sunglasses, but I was pleasantly surprised. They look great on, they're lightweight and don't slide down my nose and the frame does a great job of blocking out the sunlight from around the sides. The bifocals work perfectly for reading emails on my phone and the clarity of the lenses are great. Can wait to get these on the water to see how they perform when fly fishing.”
“I bought these primarily with fly fishing in mind to eliminate having to alternate sun and reader glasses. I've yet to fish in them but have been skiing in them for a month now and they are great. The magnifying part of the lens is very discrete in action so I've noticed no distortion or distraction in the field of view. It's so handy though to be able to read a smartphone or even the dash display of the car without switching glasses.”
“The Guides Bifocal solved a problem for me; having to have 2 pairs of glasses with me. I couldn’t see small Braid and no way could I put line through a hook eye without glasses. Switching back and forth was a pain and wasted a lot of time. (Finding which pocket or box had which glasses)”
“I like them but I wish the bifocal was higher up on the lens so that I don't have to leave my head back so far to see stuff. But other than that, nice sunglasses.”
