“I love the glasses but I don’t love the fact you can’t replace the lenses if they get scratched. What a bummer. Even with replacement discount it doesn’t seem like a good deal.”

“YOU GUYS ARE EXCELLENT...FROM THE MOMENT I REQUESTED THE REPLACEMENT PAIR, YOU WERE RIGHT ON POINT AND MADE IT VERY EASY FOR ME TO MAKE THE REQUEST AND BETTER YET....YOU SENT THE GLASSES ASAP....WE HAD THEM IN OUR HANDS WITHIN A WEEK OF THE APPROVAL TO GAIN ANOTHER PAIR!! I WILL REFER SMITH'S TO EVERYONE NOW....PS....I ALSO HAVE A PAIR OF COSTA GLASSES THAT I CANNOTTTTT FIND A RETURN ADDRESS FOR, MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THEM REPLACED...I WILL NOT BE USING OR REFERRING THEM ANYMORE EITHER!! :-)”
