“I wear nothing but Smith's sunglasses now for several years.. I like them all and the Guides choice fit my face great. The glass lens's are very scratch resistant and super clear and sharp.”

“Great lens, super clear and sharp. Nice frame. But the spring -loaded hinges are wimpy and as a result the glasses fall off all the time when you bend down. And don't trust 'em on a ball cap, they'll be on the ground more often than not. The leash provided, if you install it, would help a little- but it is too short to navigate around a ball cap... And what fishing guide doesn't wear a cap every day? Now If Smith went back to non-spring arms I'd be a big fan.”
“these glasses are not the same as the originals i owned....these rare much cheaper and dont last.....i have cracked the lens on 2 pairs now......no more smith gear for me....you have in creased your prices and cheapened your quality....”

“I own Vancouver Island fly fishing and am a full time fly fishing guide . Smith guides choice is all I use on the water both for the polarization and vision.
The field of view is also awesome! They are also very sturdy and seem to be relatively scratch proof! I mainly use the low light ones here in the Pacific North West but also have some dark ones for those summer or tropical trips !
You won’t find me on the water without them
