“Broke the ear piece on my Old Guides choice sunglasses. Instead of repairing them Smith provided me a voucher for near the price of a new pair. I opted for the new style of the Guides Choice Polarchromic Igniter Techlite lens. Love the lens color. It’s good in all conditions. I also own another pair of Smith’s Guide Choice in the Low Light Igniter version and a really old pair of Mavericks with a dark brown tint. Smith has always had great customer service particularly in their warranty/repair efforts. Great quality products and even better customer service. That’s why I won’t own anything else in sunglasses.”
