“Great product as I use them to fish offshore and they are durable and lightweight for glass lenses. Customer service and warranty is the best in the business hands down. Just got new pair due to some fading on the smith decal and got a new pair sent in two days no questions asked, just had to send pic of damage and receipt. Now I just went and bought the aviator style as my daily ones and gave my old mahi jim to my son. Smith sunglasses are way better than costa, ray ban, and even mahi jim in my opinion as I’ve owned many of all those!!!”

“I ordered these in June 2022 after having a great experience with the Smith I/O Mag 4D ski goggles. I had been an Oakley only person up until that point, but I was so impressed by the quality and optics of Smith that I gave them a try for sunglasses. I used used the sunglasses for the whole summer and wanted to share my experience. I came from Oakley Prizm Polarized Daily and thought those were the perfect sunglasses. That is until I tried Smith Guides Choice! These have been absolutely perfect daily sunglasses. I ordered Guides Choice Matte Black + ChromaPop Glass Polarized Bronze Mirror Lens. These are perfect for anything from cloudy day to the brightest day or driving into the sunset. They make colors pop with the ChromaPop technology without looking too saturated. The lenses are large enough to block out periphery light. The glass has yet to scratch, but the down side to glass is it is heavier than plastic lenses. But the glass does not scratch as easy as plastic lenses and the view is much clearer. Because of the heavier weight of glass vs plastic lenses, I installed the included neck strap to use and hang the sunglasses from my neck instead of putting them on top of my head like I usually always do. They work just fine wearing them on the top of your head, but do slide off a bit easier due to the weight of the glass. The anti-fingerprint coating seems to have worn off by now so they can get smudged easier than when they were brand new. But those are minor downsides. For optical clarity and performance, these sunglasses are by far the best I've ever owned. If they broke today, I would immediately buy another pair.”
