“Been a Smith customer for 20+ years.. They never fail. Customer service is the best. Lens on my Challises cracked and they replace under warranty. Sadly, the Challis is no longer available but the Guides Choice was a close second to the Challis when purchased. They haven't disappointed. Glare reduction is phenomenal. The Chromatic lens is solid in all conditions. These are meant for being on water. The arms block any light coming from the periphery to eliminate the strobe effect when driving or riding. The only bummer is the lens/frame color combo. I wish they would make the Polar Chromatic lens option with mat black rather than the just gloss black which wouldn't be my first choice.”

“I have had the guides choice with the chromapop plus lenses for 4 years. Great sunglasses, the visibility is unmatched, the clarity is sharp and crispy, I primarily use them for driving and outdoor events, I can pick out blades of grass on the side of the road, spot the wildlife before it's too late, and I don't get headaches from squinting all day, so in my book, pretty much the best thing you can get for your eyes. The spring hinges are a wonderful feature as well as the grippy yet comfortable nose and ear pads. If you don't already have a pair, get some. You are welcome.”
“My husband loves his Guide sunglasses. They fit great and feel comfortable while wearing a hat. Also great for sun. Having said that, I gave it 3 stars because they are advertised as performance sunglasses; fishing, boating hiking, biking etc. But, if they fall off while doing activities the lense may (probably will) shatter. My husband's shattered.”
