“These glasses are the worst! Such a high price for something so cheap. Cheap plastic. And the integrated detachable leash. It comes broken and unusable. I've used smith glasses for years. Time to move on. They obviously went cheap.”
“I love the glasses but I am VERY UNHAPPY with the leash - I am having a VERY DIFFICULT time installing it, I managed to get one side secure but still can't get the second side tight. Your diagrammatic instructions are WORTHLESS - you need to provide explicit instructions or even better a video on how todo it - or better yet, REDESIGN the MEGOL/Temple tip interface.”
