“These frames and lenses are really creaky. I have two pairs, one with plastic one with glass lenses--both creak a lot, whenever I touch them, open the temples, etc. Kind of a fingernails on the blackboard kind of thing. Large mfr tolerances? Flexing frame/lenses? Not sure, but instead of feeling like a premium product (like many previous Smith glasses I've owned) these feel cheap. Which is weird...everything else about them is fantastic!”
