“My beloved outback sunglasses broke. I was glad to see Smith warranted the broken outback sunglasses, but I was very disappointed to see they no longer sell the outback model. The Smith rep said they are both was a replacement for the outback, but they are not. The fit is not even close to being the same and I really do not like the fit of the Arvo so I sent them back. They rubbed on my cheeks are were not comfortable at all. So disappointed. Smith please bring back the outback’s!!! Also $15.00 in shipping for USPS ground that takes over a week when it used to be $7.50, on warranty items, seriously???”
