“Love the frames, love the lens, hate the fit. Whether it's the temple width or shape of the arms they kept sliding down my nose and falling off my forehead. I returned them and maybe going to order the Guides Choice S with the hope the fit better.
Also... When I contacted customer service to get a return label I asked for a recommendation on a smaller frame style that might fit better and was told to "go to a store and try some on" which, as a pro, you are explicitly told NOT to do. Customer service should be able to give product recommendations so... Maybe going to go with another brand that's a little more helpful. Shame since I've worn Smith for years.”
