“I had to use my warranty due to my older pair of sunglasses not being able to be repaired. It was pretty hassle free and this is good information if you’re planning on buying some Smith’s. The glasses are good. Like the clarity in the lens and colors. They are also light so you barely know they’re on your face. Overall a good experience with this company.”

I had the Dr scrip sent along with order.
I so wanted this frame and I have had Smith sunglasses for years going back to the 2000's . A major disappointment
Second it took so long to receive that was an issue in of itself.
Third - What's with not being able to talk to someone LIVE that would have helped my aggravation greatly.
I was able to retrieve the money sent so that was a plus.
I have since moved on to another company and love what I have and even better at that.
