“Lens was received and is good, had to wait over 2 months for it to be in stock. Also was never notified that is back in stock even though I sign up for notification. When I ordered I had to pay shipping of $15. 00 even though it was a warranty problem with original lens. I thought that was not very customer friendly. Poor customer service. I have been a smith customer for over 4o years and I am no going to look elsewhere for my eyewear needs. I will also be letting everyone I know to do the same. Shame on you Smith! You have good products but lousy customer service and apparently don’t care about retaining customers.”

“The IO Mag goggles fit great. Unfortunately they don't come with the option to select the best lens for the usage location, hence the need to get an additional lens which is perfect for the conditions in my area.”
“Order #: SONA5457724. Lense did not fit. Perhaps I own XL model? Suffered 10 buck return cost. Emailed asking for help to determine correct replacement lense. I have heard nothing. Disappointed and surprised. So I won’t guess again so no more orders from me unless I receive some guidance. Both my son and I ski and between us we own perhaps seven goggles, so nothing critical particularly as ski season is complete. Jeff Westling Sudbury MA. Jeffrey.westling@gmail.com”

“My only complaint was this green sun mirror lens was listed as a gray based tint and it looked purple to me. The red sun lens has a nice gray/ green tint but that was not in stock.”

“I love my Smith IO MAG goggles but had scratched the lenses and being able to purchase replacement lens rather than new goggles is a good saving. I purchased exactly the same lens as I had in the goggle as it work brilliantly on bright or sunny days. I have the low light lens that I can swap to when needed.”
