“The warranty process was confusing. I warrantied two lenses but before I received my 2nd warranty voucher I ordered the 2 lenses. Only one can be used per voucher, which was not clearly explained. I was charged for the 2nd lens and called ASAP- in a matter of minutes and was told it had already shipped so I could not get a refund. Now I have to ship it back. Slightly inconvenient. Over all I like Smith's customer service and warranty. I have been using their products now for many years.”
