“This is going to be my second lens replacement of the ChromaPop Photochromic Rose Flash -- fogging, condensation and collecting water in between the lenses. I had it replaced last year and haven't had the chance to use it until now -- the replacement lens has the same problem. It was very frustrating as I paid premium for these lenses. It really put a damper on my experience on the mountain. I wonder if there is an ongoing design or manufacturing issue. A number of individuals have reported it on Reddit too. The lenses are left to air dry at the end of the run.”
“Sadly the goggle I bought had a lens defect and I was promptly given a replacement voucher which was great, however the lens is out of stock and I am left with no new goggles. I’ve written various times to no avail. I am so disappointed with this purchase I just would like a refund. As a ski instructor of 30+ years I have never been this dissatisfied.”
