“For an XL, these are almost too small for my medium face. They are supposed to be OTG compatible, but only my smallest framed glasses barely fit under them. Really disappointed in the fit. Bought them for the CromoPop lens, but the difference between them and my 8 year old lens are hardly noticeable.”

“I just bought these googles to replace my Smith IoX Turbofan goggles, which were terrific. These are also excellent. Great looking, fits well with the Smith Nexus helmet, great field of vision and work well over glasses. The anti fogging is good but not quite as much as that provided by the fan in the Turbo Fans. There is no substitute for a fan for anti fogging if you wear glasses under the goggles but these were pretty good at breaking up the fogging quickly.”

“Great clarity of vision. I barely know I’m looking through a lens. It’s particularly good at reducing glare and compensating for flat light. It doesn’t fit my face as well as I’d like, being too round and having a gap around the nose, but this doesn’t seem to be a problem so far. (I didn’t notice this when trying on a demo before ordering.) Overall, very happy with it.”

“I had been looking for a new goggle that was interchangeable as I wanted a low light lens. I was very interested in the Smith 4D Mag, unfortunately that just wasn't a good fit for my face. A sales clerk recommend the IO Mag XL instead and they didn't lead me astray. I went with the XL for the larger field of view, the reason I wanted the 4D Mag in the first place.
I choose the Every Day Red lens as it gives a broad spectrum of conditions. I have only used the googles once and it was a bluebird day. The red lens did well in the bright sunlight. Oddly, I can't wait for a low light day to try out the Yellow Storm lens.
I watched a lot of videos before making the decision and feel that the reviews were spot on. This is a great interchangeable lens.”
“The io mag is a great goggle overall. The field of view is excellent the ease of changing lenses cannot be beat. Unfortunately I have had repeated experiences of slight condensation forming between the lenses. While smith is great with warranty this is a real pain when on a trip since there is no way to solve the problem except replacing the lens.”
