“I bought a bunch of replacement lenses. The lenses that came with the goggles weren’t really described and I ended up buying almost the same exact replacement pair. I also bought clear lenses-I ski in VT and we don’t get a lot of sun. The clear ones have a black rim and look kind of dorky. I bought the ‘silver’ reflective lenses for sun but I like the looks of the bright green or red/orange ones better.”
“Due to a product defect after the first use, I requested a replacement low-vis lens. I was sent the wrong product, but decided not to get it replaced again because it was the correct size and model, just a different colour but same visibility rating. When I try to insert it into the lens frame, there are visible gaps around the side and nose causing condensation and icing over of the inner lens when using them. I really want to like these lenses, especially because I sought them out specifically for the low-profile fit, but the service and product quality have been super disappointing. For a $350+ product, I expect it to work the first time around. Sadly after this experience, I don't think I'll be going with a Smith product again.”
