“Only purchased replacement lenses because of the annoying warranty process. It was worth the $$$ to just purchase a new lens and save the hassle. After taking the broken lens to my LBS to ask about a warranty I was advised of the process and I pretty much became frustrated. The process was a waste of my time which to me is valuable. No, they didn't break in a crash. No, I didn't drop them. I pulled them out of the soft bag to wear them and they fell apart in my hand.
I love the glasses but the warranty process is terrible.”
