Ruckus Replacement Lens ChromaPop Red Mirror Reviews

How was the fit?
Too Small
Perfect
Too Big
The ease of changing lenses seems like a good idea, but on my pair the temple piece can disconnect very easily from the glasses when putting them in a cycling helmet - I've dropped them as they came apart while riding before. More seriously, after two years of weekend warrior use, the glasses broke where the temple meets the lens - there appears to be only a very small 'nub' where they attach and despite being gentle with these this is unacceptable. I would not buy any of their designs where there is only one point of contact like the Ruckus. Happy customer of Smith skiing helmets and goggles, but these glasses are very disappointing given how sparingly I used them.

I've owned Ruckus for 3 years now, and I can't say enough about them. As a beach volleyball player, I wear one of my 5 lenses in every lighting situation. The Black Mirror for mid-day tournaments, Red Mirror for mid-morning, and the rose replacement lenses for playing near dusk hours. As a setter, it shields my eyes from sand getting in them, and looking up at the sun is no problem when Chromapop is taking away the glare. I'd name my firstborn son after these glasses, that's how much I love them. ha! One thing I'd like to see added to the replacement lenses is a yellow pair for very low light conditions. I love the rose, but I'd like an alternate just in case.
