“If I could give zero stars I would. I have a set of Parallel MAX 2 frames. Twice in the past month I have ordered replacement lenses. The box states that they are replacement lenses for the Parallel MAX 2, but when I get the lenses out the plastic bag is marked as Parallel MAX and they are not the right size & shape to fit my frames. I have owned several pairs of Smith sunglasses but this will be my last since I can't even get correct replacement lenses from the manufacturer. Truly disappointing since I wear them nearly every day and for most of my outdoor sports. I'm not okay with paying a $10 restock fee for something that was sent to me incorrectly, twice. There are problems here that nobody seems to want to address. Thanks for wasting all of my time again, and ensuring I still have scratched lenses a month later. I certainly can't give all of this feedback in the 2-3 sentences allowed for a return request.”
“Just bought a set of Parallel max 2 shades and a couple of spare lenses. The croma pop yellow flash lenses are clearly way to thick to fit into the frames. Looking at other sites there are a number of similar reports. Looks like Smith has a quality issue with these. Not offering exchanges for situations like this is unhelpful.”
“Love the polarized gold mirror replacements! I even use them for freeway driving at night when not in commuter traffic, they are not as dark as the brown un-polarized lenses I was using. Highly recommend!”
