“Actually the review is more about the sunglasses. Smith is the real deal. I had a pair that was a favorite for many years but unfortunately started to delaminate. I took photos, filled out the form online and they quickly sent back a voucher for a replacement pair. I loved the case I had for my other pair of Smiths so I ordered this one. The new sunglasses I got are as good as the old ones and the case is the protection I need to toss in the back of a backpack or suitcase or whatever.
Honest, integrity, quality. I love dealing with a company like Smith.”
“Fantastic sunglass case. I like that it is a technically soft case, but structurally rigid. It’s large and will accommodate pretty much any wraparound style sunglass frames, but not pit viper/Oakley blade type frames. The zipper closure is white water resistant, but as a side effect of being somewhat water resistant, it is also not tremendously easy to operate. Nothing wrong with that as it comes with the benefit of being fairly weather resistant… But some thing to note that you really do have to have two hands on this thing to get it to zip open and closed that said it works flawlessly”
“Becuase of the size of my sun glasses, I need a larger than average case. The size is fine, but the zipper is too fragile. I had to replace the last one I had because the zipper failed. Already the new one is catching and beginning to wear out. Will expect to have to replace it soon, too.”
