“My wife and I recently purchased the Smith Persist road cycling helmets and were pleased with the fit and features. We saw user reviews that mentioned the helmet liners wear our fairly quickly, so wanted to purchase replacement liners, which are available on the Smith website for $6 each. Unfortunately, there is a $15 SHIPPING FEE to ship these unless a $50 purchase minimum is met.
While I understand that larger, heavier items will incur more shipping costs, I believe $15 to ship two lightweight foam pads is outrageous.
I will look elsewhere to find these or similar replacement pads when needed.”
“These are finally back in stock & I was going to order 2 until I got the checkout & they want $15 for shipping. FedEx ground or USPS are $15. This is robbery. There is no way it costs them this much to ship these.”
