“Have had to replace the liners too often, and the site is often out of stock. Also, as others have noted, the shipping cost for the pads that could be sent in a small envelope mailer is exorbitant. Love the helmet, hate being on the hook for buying replacement pieces.”

“The item was as described but not sure why there’s a limit of one per purchase. In addition, the shipping cost was outrageous. Smith should make these things accessible so that it keeps riders riding and get the value out of the money spent on helmets.”
“My liner pads developed mold spots shortly after buying it (first time for a helmet in decades of riding) and replacements have been unavailable for well over a year. Now they are in stock and shipping is almost 3X the price? These could be mailed in a flat paper or Mylar mailer for a couple dollars. I’ll rethink any future Smith purchases. Customer service and support are paramount in my purchasing. I’ll always lean towards companies that have better product support. With all of the other comments about this it makes you wonder if Smith even pays attention to these comments.”
“Chin strap keeps coming loose, I had to dig for and beg to get liner replacements, and the front top of helmet fits too tight and I am XL helmet too. So overall it’s not an improvement and not as good as what I had. Fit issues here, nice helmet form and safety wise.”
“This liner works great while it lasts, but is pretty flimsy and starts falling apart in a single season of regular use in hot weather. (3-4 days a week)
It's really something that should be designed better or be”
