“I was really excited to get quality lenses on visor helmet as I'm on the mountain daily and reducing pieces of equipment is a big deal. Unfortunately, the visor helmet did the opposite. Even though the helmet and visor seemed to fit well & seal, after trying 5 different days in storm conditions, with various adjustments, I was unable to find a way to consistently keep the snow out which ultimately resulted in fog and zero visibility. So back to square one.”
“Visor doesn't keep out water of any kind. Any snow melting on the helmet will run along the inside of the lenses making it hard to see. The visor doesn't stay locked in the secured position and the mechanics are flimsy. I didn't last two runs before I removed the visor due to the inability to see, just so could finish the run and buy a new helmet and goggle setup to finish the day. Which was a smith helmet/goggle combo anyway. The survey is just horrible.”
