“got this helmet to upgrade into the mips tech. another feature is a few less vents for colder days. fit is great however wish it was a little more adjustable for various scull caps, earbands, buffs etc. . . and that the vents could completely close for very cold days. looks great, light and comffortable. .”

“This is my second Smith helmet, my holt keep my safe for years but a couple big hits this year plus the age of the bucket, figured I should upgrade. I got a big melon and helmet fits fine. I have a different brand of goggle and the fit well, no gap. All in all decent helmet.”

I was trying to find a good MIPS helmet that wasn't over priced but once it came and I tried it on, it didn't feel as high quality as what I wanted and I ultimately decided to get something more adjustable. I bit the bullet on price and exchanged the Method for the Vantage and am super happy with that purchase - use the helmet over this past weekend and it's super comfortable and the vents are awesome. But if price is really your biggest concern, this helmet will do the job.”
