“Yes the ear strap mechanism is different from prior generations though once I figured it out how to tighten properly, it was easy. I used a golf tee to tease out the excess strap and point it out the back of the mechanism. Looks fine and seems a little more secure than the old strap.
Also, I have a 58cm head and my prior helmet was a medium. I decided to roll the dice and size up for a little more comfort and I was easily able to tighten the L down, even though the smallest measurement for a size large is list at 59cm.

“Would give 5 stars but cannot for the life of me figure out if you're able to adjust the straps around the ears or not? Seems to be in a fixed position. For a $250 helmet you'd think you'd be able to adjust the fit of the straps a little better? Can't seem to find anything on youtube on it, am I missing something?”
