“I have a hard time finding a helmet that doesn’t make me look like a toadstool. This helmet is perfect for my small head. Sleek, comfortable fit, breathable on long rides, and so many colors to choose from. I just ordered another color to match my gravel bike. Smith’s customer service was outstanding as I exchanged sizes/models, too.”

So I purchased another one on sale, and returned the original priced one for a refund.
This is huge waste of time and poor customer service, resources, and shipping. Smith is obviously capable of providing refunds. Why not just provide the partial refund to me in the first place?!”

“This helmet fits well and allows plentiful airflow while also keeping the sun out with the removable sun visor. The color I ordered was not very accurately depicted in the web images so pay close attention with the description and images.”
“Great helmet for my gravel riding. Coming from my Forefront 2 for my trailing riding, this thing is light. Plenty of vents to keep cool and the tiny removable visor is a nice touch. Was debating between this and the Trace. Trace is a bit more money but I’m happy with my purchase of the Network. It fit the bill nicely and saved some dough.”
