“I can’t say enough good things about this helmet. I grew up wearing Specialized since I was young. Fast forward a few years (I’m 45) and finally went for a Smith Optics Helmet. First things first. It’s affordable. It’s comfortable, easy to adjust and breathes well. I’ve had mine for about 1-2 years. I crashed a couple days ago, for head first. My sunglasses went flying but helmet stayed strong. I had a headache but should have been worse. The MIPS tech is nothing but the best. With that said, I ordered another hat. I trust my life with Smith.”

“Fits nicely, I have to size up in Smith helmets (snowboard & bike), the Med fits perfect and I have a small head. I must do an very low ponytail with the back spin tightener, my only mild complaint, otherwise it's stylish and comfortable :)”
“Got this helmet to upgrade from an entry level helmet which got all straps and buckle loose. So i guess that a hundred dollar helmet will get this right. Well it doesnt… the chin buckle is poor design so the strap just keep loose… i claim a warranty and they send me a new one, thanks, but the problem is not one helmet, the problem is the buckle design. And on thst kind of pricey helmet, i think that its unacceptable. Bottom line i lost cash because i didnt upgrade at all, same cheap strap and buckle design :(”
