“This is a very nice, comfortable helmet for light to moderate trail riding. It's well vented to keep your head cool and in my case, fits my oversized head very well. I wouldn't use this for jumping or downhills, but you should be riding full face with those anyway. For your basic trail needs, this helmet is awesome.”
