To the credit of SMITH, they did offer a free return and I appreciate that. Instead, I ended up giving it to a friend who has a much smaller head. “I love the helmet, not the buckle though. It's just not as user-friendly if you take your helmet on and off multiple times in a ride.
Be aware that the lining of the helmet does make a creaking sound, I seem to forget about it once I start going but it could be annoying to some people.”

“I bought this helmet for a day at a mountain bike park. The helmet was lightweight, breathable and overall pretty comfortable. I would say it runs a bit small. An XL option would be a nice addition to the lineup. The only reason I docked a star is that the helmet is quite squeaky, which is a bit annoying, but not a deal breaker.”
