“A somewhat comfortable, relatively light, poorly ventilated (good in winter), and lower than average quality for the price helmet. Visor became detached quickly. The fit for me was so-so. The Virginia Tech safety ratings of their other helmets does not give me confidence.”

“I commute in NYC to work everyday on a bike and my husband (thankfully) made me get a helmet. I thought this was a perfect mix of function+aesthetic+value. I had no idea it would actually save my life. A truck took a left turn directly into me, and my head hit the ground so hard I broke 2 teeth and busted my lip. But I didn’t even suffer a concussion or lose consciousness- this helmet did its job. Highly recommend.”
“Want to love this helmet but several features are unreliable. I use it to commute several days a week and every time I use it, I have to reattach the Velcro that holds the visor on. Some padding has fallen off, leaving exposed Velcro that ruins hats and hairdos. The light has fallen out so many times I’ve lost it. Most annoying is the chin strap. The tension on the adjustment is not sufficient, so I have to tighten it before each use. Overall could have been a great helmet but the hardware is seriously lacking.”

“Cool helmet. I bought it for the visor as I like a visor for both sun and rain protection. However, the design and size of this visor is nearly worthless.”
“The biggest appeal of this helmet for me was the light in the back but I noticed when I immediately put the helmet on, that it would fall out quite easily. I tried to push the light in further to secure it but after only having the helmet for a couple of months, it fell out somewhere. I'm also disappointed that the light wasn't rechargeable (but I didn't have it long enough to need to replace the battery!). The sizing is also not suitable for me. The small was too small with a skull underneath (for winter riding) but the medium is too big without a skull underneath (for summer riding).”
