“The Dispatch helmet does not include clips for securing the ear straps in place, a feature present in the Express model. This omission means that the ear straps become misaligned every time the helmet is removed or carried, requiring frequent readjustments to maintain proper fit and effectiveness. This not only compromises the helmet's safety but also detracts from the overall user experience, as it takes time to fix the straps when they get completely messed up.
I'm disappointed by this design choice, particularly given that the Dispatch is marketed as a "NEW MODEL" and priced so much higher than the Express. It's puzzling why such a useful feature would be omitted in what is supposed to be an upgraded version of your product.”
