“So very niche review here but I am a biathlete (skiing and shooting) so I need a helmet for when I’m roller skiing and shooting targets that does not interfere with my ability to look through the sight. This helmet is perfect for that because it feels so light I forget I’m wearing it. I also got the pink helmet for high visibility that is not obnoxious. Would recommend to anyone biking/roller skiing on the roads a lot!”

“I’ve owned several helmets prior to this, and this is my first Smith. I’m impressed with the weight (so light!) and comfortable the Persist is. Adjustability and fit are excellent, and the ventilation is the best I’ve experienced. Smith could be my new go to for helmets.”

“I needed a new helmet to go with my new gravel bike and this one fit the ticket. I am not huge on pink usually, but I loved the look of this and I like that it makes me more visible to others.
The fit is perfect, it's very comfortable, and I don't even notice I'm wearing it. I know there are way more expensive/fancy helmets out there, but this one is a great value and is perfect for what I need.”
“I was specifically looking for the best helmet for large heads (7 5/8 hat size) and I think I found it! With the XL size I'm even able to wear a cap under the helmet. And it is extremely comfortable.”
“Great quality as usual with Smith. The color is bright which I was looking for on the road.
Fit is about the same as other Smith helmets. The only issue is the strap system. The rear straps come in a really steep angle, making it difficult to get a comfortable strap position. I had to leave slack in front of the ear in order to get the proper place for the adjustment cams.”
