“We chose the Engage helmet as the features were wheat we were looking for. Good ventilation, the ability to raise the front up/down, and most importantly the excellent features that will sustain a fall where one could hit their head.
I ordered a helmet based on these features and when it arrived, my husband was so impressed he ordered one for himself. It was very easy to adjust the side webbing straps to make the helmet fit like a glove.
The only negative was ordering. I could not personally talk with a representative from the company so that was frustrating, so I had to take a chance and just order the helmet I thought would best fit my need. Customer service is so very important and if I were in charge of this company I would have an on-line ability to talk with prospective customers. Competition is to tight anymore and if you want to get ahead you have to make yourself available.”
