Nice bag. The straps fit a little odd on the shoulder, but still really good quality and product

It doesn’t have a zipper, you’re supposed to roll the top and clip both ends to the sides. Every time I have to reach for something inside my backpack I have to release the ends unroll and then open, with the time started bothering me, I’m losing time, if you have an item you want to reach often like a bottle of water you better carry it in your hands. And it doesn’t look cool. A zipper would be much better

The backpack is well made with decent quality materials. My only complaint is the laptop sleeve is not accessible from the top, making it difficult to pull out your computer when fully packed. Love the large ring zipper pullers and the two very functional pouches on the front of the backpack.

I want to start off by saying that this is a solid bag overall, but for the price, I was hoping for a bit more versatility. This is a great bag if you need a solid backpack to carry some basic edc items to and from the office or around the city. However, if it’s loaded down with some weight, it goes from nice to bad super quick. For reference, I normally carry a small laptop, charging cables, jacket, Nalgene, etc on the train to and from the office - for that, the bag is incredible. It looks stylish, keeps everything dry, lots of pockets and storage compartments, doesn’t stick out, padded handles, quick laptop access - it’s as the description suggests a commuter bag. Recently I took it as a main carry-on for a flight and that was a mistake. When loaded with a laptop, full size DSLR, and some other items, the bag was awful. The thin straps started to dig into my shoulders and there are not a lot of adjustments to help with how it fits. So is it a solid bag? Yeah, but leaves a little to be desired for the price point.

Love the overall size, can be used for a light weekend trip with simple change of clothes. Cable organizing straps, a place for pens, pencils and other speciality internal pockets are a neat freak's dream. The straps are comfortable and the pack is secure when wearing it. Doesn't bounce around or shift while walking briskly or running if you're trying to make your gate at the airport. The material is really pliable which makes it fall on itself when trying to put the laptop away - it requires a little more finesse to access all compartments. This was the one flaw that made an excellent design a 4 star.
