“Decent sound. Power on /off button much too hard to depress (even with bare fingers) and audio feedback to loud.
Those are not major problems.
The major issue for me is the EAR PAIN - after a couple hours the pressure from the speakers in the ear flaps is intolerable.

“Instructions are very difficult to follow. In the update situation the timing for doing the update was one hour in one place and 3 hours in a different place.
I personally being a senior adult would like to mail the unit back and have it up-dated and set up for use with an iPhone only. In addition if the control buttons could be clearly marked it would be greatly appreciated .”

“I really like the Aleck 006 headset, it fits perfectly in my helmet and is very easy to use. Controlling it by pressing the earflap of my helmet works really well with ski gloves on!”

“These are a bit large and somewhat difficult to get inside my helmet ear pieces…it would also be nice if charging while inside helmet was easier…maybe im doing something wrong ♂”
