“Fantastic product. Plenty clear and loud to make riding that much more immersive. But USB C is the universal standard now, let’s get rid of the micro usb.”
“It’s asking for a firmware update and have attempted multiple time and can’t get it to work. Takes and hour to get it and then it doesn’t transfer to the device. I haven’t even used them yet!”
“Very difficult to get the group connected, app did not make sense to us at all. We basically used these as overpriced blue tooth ear pieces, but only for one day of the trip. Disappointed but hopeful for next year.”
