“This headset only works for playing music. All communications functions are completely useless. The app crashes continuously, and the comms button on the headset doesn't work to start and stop communication with the group consistently, and neither does the mic button in the app. And no error is consistent or repeatable, it seemingly happens entirely at random. Hopeless to troubleshoot. My group spent 2 hours trying to get them to work, included in the group were two masters degreed electrical engineers. If we couldn't figure out these errors... not many people can. This is entirely unacceptable”

“Simple controls, good audio, easy to use. Very impressed by batter life. Used for almost 2 weeks before needing to recharge. A lot of on and off due to being in a social group. Still that’s quite a charge. Lasted as long as my Garmin Fenix 6.”
