“Great googles, but why did you redesign them … my old I/O mag lenses are still in great shape but don’t fit the new frame.
This is NOT an environment friendly approach !
The only think wrong with my old frame is a worn out strap … why can’t you make the straps replaceable ?”

“I purchased these Goggles because of my research I was convinced this was the best ski goggle for my dollar. I love the magnet quick release and exchange. I noticed after a few days of use the foam started to compress around my cheek. I contacted the Smith company and followed their instructions to show them my receipt and where the foam was breaking down. They replaced my goggles exchanged them without hassle. Smith has my business from here on in and I will be telling everyone what a fantastic company they are.”
