“My Smith Squads had a defect where the silicone on the strap started to degrade. Smith immediately sent me a voucher for 100$ to replace them, super customer service and responsive. While I really appreciate that, I gave 4 stars because I don't understand why they don't include shipping costs.”

“My Squad XL goggles with the chroma pop lenses are FAR SUPERIOR to any goggles I have owned before. They fit wonderfully, provide a great field of vision, never fogged up on me up on the mountain, and the different selection of lenses are perfect for any type of weather or time of day.
My only complaint, is changing out the lenses is kinda annoying, but then again, I could have paid more for the magnetic lenses. You get what you pay for, and these goggles were worth every single penny.”
