“(1) Cloud lens was covered in a sticky coating which was not removable without damaging the lens. Scratching is seen in the photo from the removal. (2) Cloud lens also has bubbling effect which impedes vision. See around the white glare in the photo.
Submitted warranty claim on Jan. 3 but have not yet received a response as of Jan. 7. They communicated it would take 1-2 weeks for a response.”
